I am  dedicated to helping individuals perform at their highest level when it matters most.

My coaching philosophy blends evidence‑based mental skills training with a personalized, athlete‑centered approach. I work with clients to build confidence, improve focus, and develop the resilience required for sustained high performance.

Whether working with athletes, professionals, or teams, I emphasize practical strategies that translate directly into real‑world performance.

All About Me

Megan is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with extensive experience supporting athletes, teams, and high-performing environments. Her work spans sport and military settings, where she helps individuals and groups build the mental skills needed to perform under pressure and stay consistent when it matters most. She is also a professional members of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association, the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, and is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist, bringing a well-rounded perspective to performance and recovery.

She has worked with athletes across a range of levels, as well as high-readiness military members and teams, focusing on performance, resilience, and the ability to adapt in demanding environments. Megan specializes in helping clients develop confidence, emotional regulation, and a strong, reliable mindset in both training and competition.

With a background in human kinetics and mental performance, Megan combines evidence-based strategies with practical, real-world application. Her approach is collaborative and individualized — focused on giving athletes tools they can actually use, not just concepts they understand.

Her passion for this work started through her own experience in sport. Competing at a high level, she saw firsthand how much performance is influenced by mindset — especially in high-pressure moments. Those experiences shaped her belief that mental skills are not just important, but trainable.

Today, Megan works with athletes and teams to build those skills in a way that is simple, effective, and sustainable — helping them show up with confidence, stay present, and perform to their potential.
