One-on-One Coaching
Every performer experiences moments where things feel stuck, confidence dips, pressure builds, or performance just doesn’t reflect your ability.
Through one-on-one coaching, we work together to build the skills that support consistency, confidence, and resilience in high-pressure environments. Whether you're navigating performance anxiety, rebuilding confidence after a setback, recovering from injury, or looking to elevate your competitive mindset, each session is tailored to your needs, goals, and sport.
My approach combines evidence-based mental performance strategies with practical, real-world application so you can take what we work on and use it immediately in training and competition.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about developing the mental skills that allow you to show up, compete freely, and trust yourself when it matters most.
Rates are $150/hour for one time session. $120/hour when purchased in package format (4 session, 6 sessions, etc)

Team & Group Coaching
Strong teams don’t just train physically, they train how they think, communicate, and compete.
These workshops help teams build the mental skills that drive performance and culture. Through interactive sessions, athletes and staff develop practical tools to handle pressure, stay present, communicate effectively, and respond to adversity together.
We go beyond individual skills to focus on leadership, accountability, and shared standards that shape a strong team environment. Each session is tailored to your team’s needs, ensuring it’s relevant and immediately applicable.
Athletes won’t just listen, they’ll engage, reflect, and leave with tools they can use right away.
The goal: a team that trusts, connects, and performs when it matters most.

Performance Programs
These programs are designed for athletes and teams looking to take a structured, intentional approach to developing their mental performance.
Rather than one-off sessions, performance programs provide a clear progression — building skills such as confidence, focus, emotional regulation, and performance under pressure over time. Each program is tailored to the individual or group, ensuring the work is relevant, targeted, and aligned with performance goals.
This approach allows for deeper development, greater accountability, and more consistent application in training and competition.
Can include: 2 sessions, multiple touchpoints through messaging platform, and weekly mental reps.
The focus: building reliable mental skills that show up when it matters most.
Rate: $1500 for 6 session package
